Strategy & Innovation

As standing working group, Strategy & Innovation is tasked to support the Board in steering the strategic development of the association as a whole as well as its different event formats in particular. The working group is responsible for providing the association with innovative impulses and facilitate their execution.

What does the Working Group "Strategy & Innovation" do?

The Working Group "Strategy & Innovation" functions as a standing ressource for the current Board and Organizational Committee. Consisting mostly of former Board members or Organizational Committee members, it aims to harness prior experience and knowledge in the current operations of the association as well as its long term strategic development.

The members of the working group are responsible for "Mini Model NATO Germany", meaning that they prepare, execute and evaluate the event together with the hosting institution.

How can you become a part of the working group?

Any member of the association "Model NATO Germany e.V." can become a member of the working group. We are especially delighted to welcome former members of the Organizational Committee into our working group!
