Divided in four departments, the team is already working tirelessly towards the successful implementation of Model NATO Germany 2024 - meet all of the members below!
Academics Department
The main responsibility of the Academic Department is the design as well as the writing of crisis scenarios on which the simulations are based. It is divided into two teams: The Crisis Team is responsible for the drafting process of the crisis scenario, the regional experts team reviews and evaluates the country reports submitted by the delegations and acts as a regional expert for the participants during the simulation.

Logistics Department
This department takes care of all logistical issues related to the simulation. Additionally, planning and organising events that occur after each simulation day is the responsibility of the Logistics Department.
Public Relations Department
The Public Relations Department is not only responsible for Model NATO Germany's Social Media presence, but also for its website, merchandise and newsletter.
Registration & Admission Department
The Registration & Admission Department handles all participant-related matters: from designing the application process to choosing and supporting the participants during the week, this department holds the main responsibility.
