The Team
Academics
The main responsibility of the Academic Department is the design as well as the writing of crisis scenarios on which the simulations are based. It is divided into two teams. Team one, consisting of four people, is responsible for writing the crisis scenarios, whereas team two, consisting of five people, deals with the content of the individual member states as well as Sweden. The regional experts team reviews and evaluates the country reports submitted by the delegations and acts as a regional expert for the participants during the simulation as well as a contact person for external experts and ambassadorial staff.
Logistics
Planning and organizing events that occur after each simulation day is the responsibility of the Logistics Department. In addition, the department takes care of all logistical issues related to the simulation. The team, consisting of three people, also takes care of the evening activities after the simulation day is over.
Public Relations
The department for PR consists of a total of four people and is responsible for public relations. This means that in particular the appearance on the social media is supervised and the NATO model and our partners are introduced. The PR team is not only responsible for the social media work, but also for the general work with partners.
Registration & Admission
The Registration and Admission department is responsible for the preparation of the guidelines for the participants and for the announcement and selection of the participants. During the event, the team, consisting of 3 persons, acts as contact person for the attending participants.
